On the ground level and accessed by its own door on Canal Street is The Brasserie. This space is a bright and lightly toned space that works equally well during the day and night. Flexible enough to host a long banquette table for dinner or a standing cocktail party, it benefits from its own bar, easy accessibility from the street and proximity to our kitchen.

The main Dining Room, set below ground level and accessed via the main entrance at 40 Chorlton Street, is a distinct departure from the more free-spirited nature of the brasserie above. The main dining room is designed around a central feature bar, a symbolic design detail that encapsulates our desire to bring people together. It’s a luxurious space that can host a standing cocktail function, complete private hire or separate long tables amongst other diners. There is also a space that can be curtained off from the main dining room to host private dinners.

Further below the main dining room is the secluded and hidden lounge bar. A space perfect for late-night, elegant hedonism, with a dance floor and DJ booth. In this space, we are only able to host drinks events. For more imagery please contact our team.
